PSIM Net
PsimNet is a customized version of PSIM for web-based simulation. PsimNet is embedded and fully integrated into the web browser environment where users can run the simulation directly on a web page.

PsimNet is a marketing and product support tool for companies that manufacture power management and power conversion products. With PsimNet, one can turn a static product web page into a live and interactive page where potential and existing customers can test, evaluate, and select the products, and play with different "what-if" scenarios.

As compared to other web-based simulation solutions, PsimNet provides distinctive advantages in that PsimNet uses the resources of the user's local computer. As a result, the simulation does not overload the web server, and does not introduce additional network traffic. In fact, the performance of PsimNet will be the same as the performance of PSIM running on the local computer.

How Does PsimNet Work?

Below shows how an user would run PsimNet:
The user visits a product web page. This page will contain, among other product information, an area that shows an application circuit for this product. Instead of a static image of the circuit, however, the circuit parameters can be edited, and simulation can be performed. The user clicks on the "Run Simulation" button. The simulation will run within the web browser environment. After the simulation is complete, the waveforms will be displayed. The user can go back to the circuit, change the circuit parameters, and re-run the simulation.
