
Annual Maintenance Plan

The Annual Maintenance Plan entitles you to technical support, free version update and upgrade for
one year (date of the invoice).

| The technical support includes a hot line and technical feedback from our team of engineers. They're available either by (e)mail, fax, phone or WebEx. The intervention of an engineer on site is not included by the Annual Maintenance Plan. Such specific request, if asked, will be estimated by a quote. | You'll also be given a personal link which will enable you to download the software updates regularly as well as a list of the updated elements. At the end of the maintenance period and/or before the renewal of the annual maintenance, a CD of the latest updated version will be sent out to you. | Moreover, in case a new version of the software appears during your maintenance period, the upgrade will also be sent out to you free of charge. |

The Annual Maintenance Plan will be automatically offered for renewal by mail, in form of a quote, 2 months before the end the the maintenance period. Upon acceptance of the quote, the Annual Maintenance Plan will be reconducted for another year. |
