Analysis Steps in JMAG

| FROM DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT |
| JMAG is designed to assist a wide range of users from analysis experts to design engineers. Automatic mesh generation from CAD data simplifies model creation and allows accurate results to be obtained. |
| INTERFACE WITH CAD SYSTEMS |
|
Loading CAD Data The geometry data used in the design process can be directly imported for the analysis. DXF, Universal File, SAT, IGES(3D), CATIA(v4&v5), and Pro/ENGINEER are supported. Link with SolidWorks Powerful link with the standard mid-range CAD system, SolidWorks enables: Geometry modifications maintaining the material properties and condition settings. Geometry modifications made in the CAD system to be evaluated directly, reducing the design and evaluation cycle. Automated parametric calculations with modified 3D geometries are possible in combination with JMAG's parametric analysis function. |

| MESH GENERATION/ANALYSIS |
|
JMAG includes powerful automatic mesh generation tools, including adaptive meshing, which eliminate the necessity for manual mesh creation. When coupled with JMAG's stable high-speed solver even large scale problems can be solved.

| EVALUATING ANALYSIS RESULTS |
|
JMAG can present the analysis results using multiple result displays including vectors plots, contours and section graphs. Animations can be displayed inside JMAG or exported to an AVI file. Static images can also be exported, BMP, JPEG, PNG formats are supported.
